If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lacorhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@lacorhome.com.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, PayPal Google Pay and Facebook Pay. LACOR HOME gift cards are not yet available but please email us if you are wishing to purchase a gift card: hello@lacorhome.com

We process live orders as quickly as possible, so once you've placed it, we're typically unable to make adjustments to your shipping address or items. If you have any changes or cancellations, send us an email at hello@lacorhome.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Changing my order" or "Cancelling my order", and we'll do our best to help before your order ships out.

We currently offer expedited/priority shipping with a 2-3 day ship time. This selection can be made during checkout. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

All orders with in stock items take 1-3 business days to process before heading out the door! Our ground shipping takes 2-6 business days for most parts of mainland U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii will take longer).

Only one promo code can be applied per order; enter the promo code in the appropriate box and click apply. If it’s not working, please double check to make sure you have entered the code correctly.

Please note that all of our promo codes can only be used once per customer. You can sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new promotions that take place.

Gift options are not offered at this moment although we plan to add them in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when they become available.


Orders for in-stock items generally ship within 1-3 business days.  We use Standard Ground shipping with UPS or USPS.  For expedited shipping, please select this option at checkout.  Once an order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

If your cookware is on preorder or on backorder, you will find an expected shipping date below the Add to Cart option and on your Order Confirmation email. This date is our best estimate of when we will receive this item at our warehouse and begin to fulfill, in the order preorders were received. This date may be subject to change due to unforeseen delays, but we will always provide the most accurate estimate on our product pages.

Bundles will be shipped with all in-stock pieces first and any preorder items shipping at the date listed on your order confirmation email. If your order includes one preordered and/or backordered item, we'll contact you to discuss shipping options.

Orders within the United States are in transit for, on average, 2-6 days and vary by location.

When any item in your order ships, you will receive an email providing detail on the items in the shipment and tracking details to monitor the status of the shipment with the carrier.
